1 cup ssago, soaked overnight
1/2 litre milk
3 tsp sugar or as required
1 handful cashews
1 tsp ghee
Directions
Take 1 cup water and let it boil
add sago and wait till it turns translucent
add sugar and milk
take ghee in a pan and roast cashews. crush it roughly and thenadd it into the payasam
